General information

We sell products in Finland and international (inside and outside EU). Product prices include VAT at appropriate rate. We reserve rights to change product prices and postal costs.

Placing an order

Products are ordered via Internet from King Competition products (http://kingcompetitionproducts.mycashflow.fi/) shopping cart. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail notification that includes among other things total price of the order, postal costs and ordered products. In order place an order and receive an e-mail confirmation, a working e-mail address is necessary. When placing an order the customer accepts the terms of delivery.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available:

– Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard

Delivery

We ship approx two times per week when we have products in stock. Most products are still available, if not currently in stock. The delivery will be shown with the item and we will ship your order ship as soon as we build the products.  

Delivery method & postal costs

Postal costs include packing and shipping. Postal costs are shown after choosing delivery- and payment methods. We deliver orders as packages.

King Competition Products store is not responsible for possible costs of importing, for instance customs duties.

Product changes & returns

In Finland:

Customer can return or exchange ordered products within 14 days from receiving the order. All returned products must be in original packages, unused and in original condition.

Outside Finland:

Customer can return or exchange ordered products within 14 days from receiving the order. All returned products must be in original packages, unused and in original condition.

When returning an order from outside Finland, The King Competition Products store is responsible for the postal costs only in case of a faulty product or delivery.

When the return has been accepted, the money will be refunded to customers credit card an exchange product is shipped.

Problems in delivery and faulty products

If a product has been damaged or lost during shipping or a wrong product has been delivered , customer must inform The King Competition Products store immediately at: kingcompetitionproducts@gmail.com

Notification on a faulty delivery or product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been broken in delivery, the local postal office must be informed immediately.

Other

We reserve rights to update our terms of delivery. The customer is responsible for reading the terms of delivery before placing an order.
